Penfield, N.Y.- A Rochester man is accused of breaking into an auto repair shop in Penfield.
Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Mark Peters, 50, Wednesday night.
They responded to a burglar alarm at Don Scott Auto on Atlantic Avenue around 11:00 p.m.
Police said within minutes a deputy arrived on scene to find Peters exiting the front of the building.
He was arrested at the scene and charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.
