Bath, N.Y. - A report of a stolen lawn mower led New York State Police to arrest a Bath man for DWI Wednesday.
On March 6, Bath State Police were told by 911 dispatchers to be on the lookout for a stolen Craftsman lawn mower.
A short time later, Bath State Police found the lawn mower being driven on Liberty Street in the Village of Bath.
Following an investigation, George K. Barkley, 28, of Bath was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .10% and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.
Barkley is currently in the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond.
