Farmington, N.Y. - A man working at the Finger Lakes Race Track and Casino was taken to the hospital after getting his foot run over by a dump truck.
Thomas Sobkowski, 47, of Hemlock was marking the parking lot pavement with chalk when a dump truck rolled onto his left ankle and pinned him to the ground.
He was taken to FF Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua where he was treated for a possible broken ankle. No tickets were issued.
The incident was turned over to OSHA for further investigation.
