Victor, N.Y. – Two people from Washington face charges for allegedly stealing from the fountain at Eastview Mall.
Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies say 31-year-old Aleksandr Kulikovskiy and 24-year-old Nataliya Kulikovskiy stole about $40 in change from the fountain while with a child.
The pair faces charges of petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child.
They will be arraigned on the charges in court at a later date.
