Farmington, N.Y. - A 34-year old Farmington man was arrested for DWI early Sunday morning following a fight at a fast-food restaurant.
Around 3 a.m. Sunday, Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies responded to reports of a fight at a McDonalds restaurant in Farmington. After an investigation, they discovered that Jose Rohena had been drinking and driving.
A breath test showed that Rohena had a blood-alcohol content that was twice the legal limit. He was arrested and will appear in court at a later date.
