Farmington, N.Y. - A Farmington man is accused of sexually abusing a 13-year old after allegedly luring the victim through the internet.

State Police arrested Arthur J. Bielewicz Jr., 51, for the felony charges of Criminal Sexual Act in the first degree, Sexual Abuse in the first degree, Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the first degree, and the misdemeanor charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Unlawful Imprisonment in the second degree.

After a four-month investigation, authorities said Bielewicz posed as a 30-year old male and befriended a 13-year old on the internet, beginning an online relationship with the teenager.

Police said Bielewicz eventually drove to Orange County where he met the victim, then drove to a secluded park where he allegedly forced the victim to have sexual contact with him.

Bielewicz was taken into custody in Ontario County and transported to Orange County for arraignment.

He was later taken to the Orange County Jail on $100,000 cash bail or $350,000 bond to re-appear on March 7.
