Orleans County, NY - An Orleans County man wanted on felony drug charges was arrested in Pennsylvania last week after more than two months of searching.

Police initially encountered Allen Young during a narcotics investigation in a parking lot near Rt. 104 and Rt. 63 in December.

When he was approached by investigators, Young sped away in his car, nearly hitting two officers.

Police say Young crashed his car about a mile away on Rt 104 and Marshall Rd., but was able to flee before police arrived.

Police seized several pounds of marijuana and bath salts from the car.

This month, police got an anonymous tip that Young was driving a car with Pennsylvania license plates and had been staying with a woman in West Seneca.

New York and Pennsylvania police were told to be on the lookout for the vehicle.

On Friday, Young was arrested in Erie, Pa. He now faces felony charges and could face federal charges.
