Fisher Pharmacy Student Arrested For Intent To Distribute Drugs

Buffalo, N.Y. – A St. John Fisher College pharmacy student was arrested Thursday and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, hallucinogenic mushrooms, and Oxymorphone.

Abraham Reinhardt, 23, of Clarence, N.Y., was arrested in the parking lot of a Home Depot on Batavia. Prosecutors allege Reinhardt was trying to sell prescription pills, marijuana and hallucinogenic mushrooms,

Following the arrest, a search warrant was executed at Reinhardt’s Rochester residence on Elmwood Avenue, where agents seized Oxymorphone pills, hallucinogenic mushrooms, and marijuana.

In addition, it is alleged that during the summer months, Reinhardt sold drugs from an ice cream truck that he operated in Cheektowaga, N.Y.

Reinhardt was released on $5,000 bond and is due back in court on December 4th. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, a $1 million fine, or both.
