Wyoming County, N.Y. - Four men who work at the Attica prison are accused of attacking an inmate in a gang assault.
A Wyoming County judge unsealed an indictment charging Keith Swack, Sean Warner, Matthew Raddemacher, and Erik Hibsch with gang assault, conspiracy, official misconduct, and tampering with physical evidence.
The indictment alleges the three corrections officers and a sergeant assaulted an inmate on August 9.
The men were arraigned and bail was set at $25,000 for each.
