Seneca Falls, N.Y. – Gerald Frederick, from Waterloo, was arrested early Saturday morning and taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.

Seneca Falls Police say Frederick is accused of having sexual contact with a 15-year-old female on three separate occasions.

Frederick is facing three counts of forcible touching, as well as endangering the welfare of a child, according to police.

Police say an order of protection was issued for the female victim.

Frederick will appear in the town of Seneca Falls court later in November.
