Geneva, N.Y. - Geneva Police have arrested two Ontario County residents for selling controlled substances.
After a five-month investigation, police have charged Kevin Hippert, 27 and Crystal Laflamme, 34 with Second Degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance.
Both are being held in jail without bail.
Police say additional charges are expected.
