Geneva, N.Y.- A Geneva man is charged with second-degree murder following the shooting death of a man early Saturday morning.
Geneva Police around 1:25 a.m., officers responded for a report of a shooting at 178 North Genesee Street. The victim was transported to Geneva General Hospital and pronounced dead.
Police arrested 26-year-old Larry Mallard. He was arraigned and is being held without bail.
The investigation is continuing.
The victim’s name has not been released.
