Greece, N.Y. - Greece Police have arrested a man accused of stealing money from an elderly bank customer.
Police say Nicholas Maggi, 28, forcibly stole money from an elderly man who was exiting the Key Bank on Dewey Avenue in Greece Friday morning. The victim suffered hand injuries.
Police tracked down Maggi Saturday afternoon on West Ridge Road and made the arrest.
Maggi is charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree assault and fourth-degree grand larceny.
