Rochester, N.Y. -- One person was seriously injured when two vans crashed on Lake Avenue Sunday night.
It happened just before 8:30 p.m. Police say a driver ran a red light on Route 104 near Lake Avenue and crashed head-on into another van.
A 44-year-old passenger in the first vehicle was rushed to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
No one in the other vehicle was taken to the hospital.
The driver of the first van was ticketed for several violations.
