Baltimore, M.D. - There is a potential breakthrough in the diagnosis of cancer in women.

Researchers at John Hopkins University say the Pap test could be used to detect ovarian and uterine cancer cells.

Right now the test is only used to detect cervical cancer.

Doctors say further tests are still needed.
