Rochester, N.Y. - Rochester Police are investigating a homicide in the South Wedge area of the city that occurred Saturday evening.
Police tell 13WHAM News that a 32-year old Asian male was found shot and killed in a car on Veterans Place, off Alexander Street.
Police have 54-year old Vic Dac Phan of Rochester in custody.
The victim's name has not yet been released.
Officers got the call through 911 shortly before 7 p.m.
