Rochester, N,Y – The inner loop will be reduced to one lane of traffic Sunday, between State St. and North Clinton Ave. for vehicles going westbound.
Crews will be excavating water pipes from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The department of transportation will have the area marked for traffic.
