Webster Man Charged With Assault After Stabbing Man in the Head

Webster, N.Y. - A Webster man is facing assault charges after stabbing another man multiple times.

Police say 25-year-old Lafayama Chapman got into an argument with the victim, and then stabbed him in the back and head with a pocket knife.

The 22-year-old victim, whose name is not being released, is expected to survive.

Chapman is being held on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
