Rochester, N.Y. – Police say a man in a wheelchair was struck by a car on Weld St. early Saturday morning.
After hitting the man the car then fled from the scene, according to police.
The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with what police are calling “non-life threatening injuries.”
Police have not released the victim’s name.
