Manchester, NY - State Police say a man was struck and killed by a van Thursday afternoon on County Road 7 at Martin Road in Manchester.
State Police say two men were in the southbound lane of County Road 7, loading a van onto a trailer, when a van also traveling in the southbound land, came towards them.
One of the men was struck and killed; the other jumped out of the way.
Police say the driver of the van was also sent to the hospital.
