Medina, N.Y. - Three people were arrested in Orleans County accused of being involved in an indoor marijuana-growing operation.
Orleans County Sheriff’s deputies searched a home in the Town of Ridgeway Thursday and said they seized more than 300 marijuana plants, one pound of dried marijuana, indoor growing equipment and a .22 caliber rifle.
They arrested Jacob Callara, 50, of Medina, Bruce Harrold, 49, of Lyndonville, and Alejandro Martinez, 46, of Medina.
The men are charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, and unlawfully growing the plant known as cannabis.
Police said further charges and arrests could be coming.
