Gibson, N.Y. – Police say Timothy Taylor, 19, was arrested after was accused of threatening his girlfriend with a loaded shotgun on Saturday.
The assault happened in front of a child at Taylor’s house in the town of Manchester, according to police.
Police say Taylor was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, assault in the third degree, menacing in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Taylor is set to appear before a Judge on Sunday.
