Seneca, N.Y.— The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says an 84-year-old man was flown to Strong Hospital by Mercy Flight after he was involved in a motorcycle accident Wednesday. Police say Irwin became distracted and was looking out into a field in the town of Seneca. His motorcycle started to drift into the opposite lane and then continued off into a grassy ditch. Irwin was thrown from the bike.
Irwin was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with several injuries, one of which is a chest injury, police say.
