Mt. Morris, N.Y. – A Livingston County teen faces DWI charges after a Saturday morning crash.
Livingston County Sheriff’s say Jesse Ellis, 18, crashed his car on Creek Rd. in Mt. Morris just before 7:30 a.m. Three passengers in the car with Ellis, 18-year-old Tyler Bucci and two juveniles, were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Ellis is charged with felony DWI under Leandra’s Law, unsafe speed and crossing hazardous marking.
He was arraigned in Mt. Morris Town Court and taken to Livingston County Jail on $2,500 bail.
