Rochester, N.Y. - A local chiropractor charged in connection with the deaths of a Greece couple plead guilty to several charges Monday.
Stephen Divito, 40, is accused of driving drunk and too fast when he hit another car on the Ontario State Park Way last November.
Police say Divito fled the scene and was later arrested when he crashed into a tree several miles away.
Patricia and James DePinto were killed in that crash.
Divito faces up to 15 years in state prison. He will be sentenced in January.
