Warsaw, N.Y. – Angela Kruse of Pavilion was arrested on Saturday for Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (Leandra’s Law) and Moving from Lane Unsafely.
Police say Kruse was driving with her five-year-old daughter when she lost control of the van she was driving. The van overturned into a ditch when Kruse and her daughter escaped the accident with minor injuries.
Both were treated and released from Wyoming County Community Hospital. Kruse submitted a blood test to determine her BAC, and was then processed at the Warsaw Police Station.
Kruse was arraigned at Covington Town Court where she was then remanded to Wyoming County Jail after failing to post $15,000 bail.
This is the second arrest of Kruse for Leandra’s Law since June of 2012.
