Rochester, N.Y. – A pedestrian who suffered serious injuries after he was hit by a car on Joseph Avenue Monday has died from his injuries.
Police say Artis Simpson, 61, of Rochester was getting out of a van around 3:30 p.m. Monday when he was hit.
No charges have been filed. The investigation continues.
