Penfield, N.Y. -- Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies say an Ontario County man who was critically injured in an accident Sunday has died.
Deputies say Anthony Steimer Jr., 31, was riding his Harley Davidson on Empire Boulevard, in front of Bay Towne Plaza, when an SUV drove into his path. Steimer's bike hit the SUV.
Deputies say the SUV driver, 72-year-old Richard Morales, was attempting to cross four lanes of traffic to get from a business on the west side of Empire to a business on the east side of the street. Morales was not injured.
Steimer, who had the right of way, died at Strong Hospital on Monday.
Police have not said whether Morales will be charged.
