Pittsford, N.Y.- A time and location change for Monday’s Pittsford Village Board of Trustees’ meeting where a vote could happen on a proposed apartment complex.

Trustees could vote on a special-use permit for a developer to build an apartment complex at 75 Monroe Avenue, an old Monoco Oil Asphalt Plant site.

Some residents are concerned about the building’s height and the traffic it may cause.

The special meeting will be held at 8:30 p.m. at Pittsford-Sutherland High School.
