Livingston County, N.Y. – The Republican Primary D.A. race between Eric Schiener and Steve Sessler could soon be announced.
Earlier in September, when the race was voted on, both Schiener and Sessler had 1,879 votes.
When the ballots were recounted, Sessler held a one vote lead over Schiener.
The latest vote results are from a Judge’s decision on seven questionable ballots cast two weeks ago.
One more ballot is expected to be unsealed today, which could either force a tie or give Sessller a narrow 2-vote victory.
