Greece/Rochester, N.Y. -- About 400 RG&E customers were still without power Sunday night following a transmission failure in Greece.
Spokesman Dan Hucko said it's unclear what caused the transmission near Latta Road to fail, but they set crews to repair the damage and investigate the cause.
