Canandaigua N.Y.- Canandaigua Police say that David Isaac, 34, is accused of raping an 18-year-old female who was unable to give consent to intercourse because of a mental disability.
Police said Isaac met the woman as she was walking home on February 28 and he convinced her to go with him.
Isaac was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu $5,000 cash $10,000 bond.
