Henrietta, N.Y. -- A RIT student has died after falling from a third floor balcony during an October 26 party.

Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a John St. home around 11:40 that night.

They say 19-year-old Alexander Ketchek was attending a party there when he climbed onto the third floor balcony and fell.

Ketchek died from his injuries Thursday.

Police say the hosts of the party were serving alcohol. Matthew Gibson, John Dong and Eric Brown have all been charged with Unlawfully Dealing With a Child.
