Rochester, N.Y. - A teen accused of shooting and killing a man and injuring two others during a robbery in January pleaded not guilty Friday.

Treyquan Davis, 16, is charged with murder, robbery and assault.

Police say he shot and killed 19-year-old Alexander Marquez during an apparent robbery on Bauer St. in January.

Davis is also accused of shooting another man and pistol whipping a third during the robbery.

Issues of protection were ordered for the two surviving victims.

Davis, who was 15 at the time of the shooting, was charged as a juvenile and could therefore face a lesser sentence.

He's being held without bail and is set to appear in court again next week.
