Seneca Falls, N.Y. -- James Urwin, 49, was arrested Wednesday for allegeldy having sex with a 12-year-old girl.
He is charged with felony Rape and Unlawfully Dealing with a Child. He was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail.
Seneca Falls Police say the alleged rape happened at Urwin's home on Daniels Street.
Urwin was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail.
