Police Arrest Batavia Man For Charges In Nevada

Batavia, N.Y. – The Genesee County Sheriff’s office arrested Kevin Bacon, 27, on sexual assault charges.

Police say Bacon was pulled over for driving without headlights or taillights. 

Once police identified Bacon they discovered there was an active warrant from Nevada for charges of sexual assault of a child under the age of 14. 

Bacon is being held without bail as a fugitive from justice, according to the Genesee Sheriff’s office.
