Rochester, N.Y. -- Rochester Police are looking for the person who shot and killed a 21-year-old Rochester man late Sunday night outside the Bug Jar Bar.
Investigators say the shooting apparently stemmed from a dispute that started inside the Bug Jar, where a rap concert had been taking place.
Police say after the argument between two groups began in the bar and it spilled out into the street just before midnight.
The victim was shot at least once in the torso, according to police. He was transported to Strong Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
