Single Car Crash Sends Four People To Hospital

Ontario, N.Y. – Police say it appears Buddhi Rana, 41, fell asleep while driving and crashed his car into a tree off Rt. 104 between Knickerbocker Rd. and Ontario Center Rd. around 4:30 a.m. Saturday. 

Rana, from Buffalo, was driving a Mitsubishi Lancer and had four people in the car with him when the crash happened, according to Wayne County Police. 

Police say all four passengers were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with injuries and one is still in guarded condition. 

Police have not released the names of the passengers.
