Local Soldiers Return Home

Rochester, N.Y. - More than 60 soldiers with the Army National Guard returned home to Rochester Tuesday afternoon.

Members of the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team returned home from demobilization at Camp Shelby in Mississippi.

They had been serving in Kuwait and haven’t been home in nearly a year.

While overseas, they performed logistics, administrative and security missions.
