Wayne County, N.Y. - The 14th Annual Wayne County Spelling Bee was held Saturday at the Wayne Central Performing Arts Center.
It was sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of Wayne County.
In the youth category, the team who took the name Miss Spellers captured first place.
The Spellcheckers were the team winners for the day.
As for the overall winner, that award easily goes to the Literacy Volunteers of Wayne County, which received a check for $3,000 from the event proceeds.
