Waterloo, N.Y. – Ronald T. Spoor, from Waterloo, was arrested after an investigation into allegations that Spoor had sexual contact with a child under the age of 11, according to police.
State police say Spoor was arrested for Criminal Sexual Act in the first degree.
Spoor was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo court and remanded to Seneca County jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 property bond.
