Suspect Charged In Connection With Chili Ave. Homicide

Gates, N.Y. -- Gates Police have charged a Rochester man in connection with a homicide early Friday morning.

Police do not believe Travaris Johnson is directly involved in the shooting of 19-year-old Montre Bradley outside a shoe store on Chili Avenue, but say he is still a suspect in the ongoing investigation.

Johnson is charged with reckless endangerment and numerous traffic offenses in connection with a police chase Friday afternoon, caught exclusively by 13WHAM news cameras.

Gates Police say they are still "focused on two specific individuals," as they continue their investigation.
