Lyons, N.Y. – Cynthia J. Napoleon, from Clyde, was issued traffic tickets after a fatal crash Sept. 19, according to police.
Neil Hoover, 14, was riding on Clyde-Marengo Road in Galen just after 8:00 a.m. when he was hit by an SUV. The teen died at the scene.
Police say Napoleon was issued traffic tickets for reckless driving and moving from a lane unsafely.
