Two Arrested For Child Endangerment

Naples, N.Y. – A couple has been arrested after police say they found evidence that they were growing and harvesting marijuana in their home. 

Police say Tessa Smith, 22, and Shane Hartman, 24, were arrested and taken to Ontario County jail.

They were both charged with endangering the welfare of a child after police found a four-year-old residing at their home.

Smith and Hartman were also charged with unlawfully growing cannabis, according to police. 

Smith and Hartman will appear before Naples Town Court at a later date.
