Double Shooting On Bernard St. Kills One

Rochester, N.Y. – Police say one man has been killed and another person is injured after a shooting on Bernard St. around 3:20 a.m. Saturday. 

Police say 20-year-old Victor Rodriguez was shot multiple times and taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he later died.

A 19-year-old was also shot and taken by private car to Rochester General.  Police say his injuries are non-life threatening.

It is not known if the two victims knew each other. 

Police say they have been interviewing witnesses at the scene and are continuing their investigation into what happened.
