Clyde, N.Y. - A Wayne County man was arrested for stealing from his own grandmother.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says 33-year old Danny Hollier of Clyde was arrested for third-degree robbery after he kicked his grandmother out of his car, took her purse and drove away.
Hollier was arraigned at the Town of Galen court and sent to the Wayne County jail in lieu of bail.
He'll reappear in court on a later date.
