Three Teens Found With Illegal Gun, Drugs In Webster

Webster, N.Y. – Three teens were arrested on Sunday for charges related to an illegal gun and drugs.

Webster Police say Nico Cassata, 19, of Rochester, Hailee Winston, 18, of Palmyra, and Tiffany Backus, 18, of Newark were driving on Ridge Road in Webster when they were stopped by officers.

Webster Police say they found an illegal handgun and illegal drugs in the car.

All three teens were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd and 7th degrees, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

In addition, Cassata was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree, and Winston was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Cassata was remanded to Monroe County Jail on $40,000 bond, and Winston and Backus were remanded to Monroe County Jail on $30,000 bond.

All three teens will reappear in Webster Town Court on December 21.
