Webster, N.Y. – Funeral service details have been released for Mike Chiapperini, 43, and Tomasz Kaczowka, 19, the two West Webster firefighters that were shot and killed Monday morning on Lake Road in Webster as they arrived to fight a fire.
Calling hours for both Chiapperini and Kaczowka will be held at Webster Schroder High School on Friday, December 28 from 6 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, December 29 from noon to 3 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend.
A funeral for Lt. Mike Chiapperini will be held at noon at Webster Schroder High School on Sunday, December 30. Chiapperini will be buried at West Webster Cemetery.
A funeral for Tomasz Kaczowka will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 31 at St. Stanislaus Church. He will be buried at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
