Rochester, N.Y.- Rochester Police arrested a third person in connection with a homicide from August.
Police charged Terrell Cooper, 21, with second-degree murder and robbery in connection with the death of Joshua Groat on Whitney Street on August 25.
Groat was beaten and shot. He was found in the parking lot of a used car business.
Two other men were also arrested for the crime.
