William Reilich Jr. Pleads Guilty

Rochester, N.Y. – William Reilich Jr., the son of Monroe County Republican Party Chairman Bill Reilich, admitted to accepting unemployment benefits while working for the county.

Reilich pleaded guilty Wednesday to Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the 2nd Degree.

He was arrested on September 6th, accused of collecting $7,700 in unemployment benefits while working for Monroe County between June 2009 and January 2010.

Reilich will work 12 weekend days as a sentence.

He has paid full restitution.
